Met with District and HR manager via zoom. 8 behavioral questions in STAR format. Pretty straight forward. Took about an hour. Pleasant experience. An offer was sent roughly a week later.

Tell me about a time where you used data to improve a process
The interview was definately more analytical than most store manager opportunities, and was really focusing on marketplace trends and not at all on overall good fit for company culture or teams
The DM was nice and professional. Was transparent in his questions and wanted feedback from me. Up front with the condition of the store he was thinking of putting me in and asked if I was up for the challenge.
