Simple and quick, just asking for previous experience. All other questions were pretty much related to interpersonal communication, as well as a couple "would you be willing to cover other roles if needed"
Easy applied online and did one interview in person then did a math test on the computer. After that I met the store manager and went straight to training on the register and crossed trained at the other departments

Easy, they ask questions and expect genuine answers. Had 2 interviews and they went very well. I was asked about previous experience which I didn’t have but they were understanding of that
