I got sent the wrong address through email to go to an interview. I already drove about 45 minutes to get to the wrong location. Then got told to call the other store manager and drive another 40 minutes to the other location. While on the way there, my application got denied. Very unprofessional, I didn’t get a call or email about possibly rescheduling the interview or even a simple apology because again, I got sent the wrong address. Absolutely ridiculous.

Interview
It was an extremely easy interview process. I sat with the store manager for around 20 minutes. They have material they go through for the interview, almost like a workbook. You'll be asked questions about your work history, and how you handled certain customer service situations. You'll be asked about how you'd handle customer and employee escalations, and also times you made a customers day better.

The interview process was straightforward, quick, and very easy to follow. Questions were clear, communication was professional, and the entire experience felt comfortable, well-organized, and stress-free from start to finish.

The employer reviewed my resume and went over the position of a shift lead. They asked about my retail experience and experience managing a staff. At the end we did a walk through of the store.
