Straightforward process. Mostly behaviorals, not technicals. More of a conversation that a cookie-cutter interview. They are really just looking to see if you are personable and someone they can see themselves working with.
It was very open and honest discussion. It didn't feel like there were any "gotcha" moments or like they were trying to see why they should NOT hire you. They have an understanding of the teams in each of the offices and are truly looking for the right fit.
