After applying via email I was approached for an online interview over Teams within a couple of days. The information provided at this stage was plentiful and I was asked to present a plan for a campaign based on an event from the previous year alongside interview questions and a Q&A from my side.
I felt welcomed from the first moment of joining the Teams call. Typical field-related questions were asked on the day and, due to the back and forth, the interview lasted longer than the initial 1.5 hours which I was asked if I was comfortable doing before continuing.
A good process from start to finish with the interview being somewhat difficult. I wouldn't vote them down on the process as the questions were answerable when prepared and knowledgeable about the role applied for.
I was approached with an offer the day after with a personal phone call.
