One step interview process and didnt have a second one, just met with the recruiter. They gave ample time for preparation and outlined the job prospect really well. Once we figured out i was not a right they sent me an email letting me know.

Job matched description, however, they were looking for a critical piece of experience that I did not fit and it would have been great to know ahead of time.
Intial introduction talk, then second is the cultural fit. Asked a bunch of questions like 'what is good software'? General questions which don't really seem to have much relevance to the job, probably a keyword filtering exercise where if you don't say enough buzzwords you aren't considered.
