I interviewed through On Campus Interviews. After my interview I never heard back from recruiting. I sent a couple follow up emails and still never heard anything. Very unprofessional for an org interviewing students.

Need a writing sample, a personality test, and honors all around. Seemed most interested in knowing I would join the firm if offered. In my opinion they were not interested in encouraging longevity.
