you apply online and then get interviewed at a casting building and from there they usually tell you the next steps right away or put you on a waiting list if they are interested in taking you on
Easy going, communicative. The entire process was clear and convenient. Sounds like a good place to work. Would 10/10 recommend applying. They explained possible growth in the company and care about employees rights
