Interview
Applied through their online website. Received a call within a week asking if I was interested in a group interview. There were 5 of us and 2 cast members from the management team interviewing. After the interview I received a call within a few days about being hired.
In the beginning of the interview we were asked to get to know the person next to us and we would introduce each other instead.
Given a scenario of a certain guest walking into the store and asked of how we engage with them while considering their age and interests. Such as a little boy wearing a Spiderman t-shirt.
Asked if any of us were willing to sing their favorite Disney song, act out a scene or quote their favorite lines. Overall, the more knowledge you can display of Disney the better, and show that you're having fun and not afraid to be silly.

Question 1
Describe your favorite Disney movie in 5 or less words and each of us attempted to guess the right movie that each one of us was thinking of. You're somewhat put on the spot, but I found it is better to say what comes first even though it's easy to guess. You will make a better impression if that description was hard for the management team to figure out themselves.
Easy! Everyone was so friendly. Applied online and was called for an in person interview within the week. Appreciated that it felt like they weren’t wasting my time by dragging on the provess

Interview
This was a group interview for the store in London. We were put into small groups, I was lucky that everyone in the group was very friendly. So we were able to bounce off each other. It wasn't an overly competitive environment.

If you friends could describe you in 3 words which words would they use, 2 good and 2 bad.
There were Disney items behind us, we had to pick one and try to sell it.
Name a time where you worked with large crowds.
Who is your favourite Disney character?
Name a time where you worked with income targets.
I had a phone screen now I’m going into the Disney store for interview not sure if it’s going to be a group or 1 to 1 but I’m pleased to have passed the screen
