I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
I applied, got a call 3 weeks later and got a scheduled interview a week later. I went in and was surprised how laid back my interview was. It was mostly about my personal hobby. The interviewers were nice and friendly, they seemed so cheery. It was refreshing. I would recommend everyone to just relax and be yourself. Some things just aren't too much about qualifications so don't just focus on that. I think its mainly about them getting to know a bit about you rather than your skills. Remember skills can be taught, attitude can't.

Interview
Very friendly and not at all what I expected. There are recruiters who are the ones that get your resume on the hiring manager’s desk if your initial screening goes well.
I applied online. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company (Orlando, FL) in Feb 2019
Interview
The interview was conducted on the phone. The interviewer was enthusiastic and has a positive attitude. The phone screen basically asks behavioral questions. After phone screen, a hiring manager will reach out to you for an interview.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company in Oct 2018
Interview
In the early phases of the application process there is very little communication for long stretches at a time. If you are selected for phone interview (preliminary screening) you will talk to someone from Human Resources, not the team with which you will be working. If you are selected for to go farther they will offer an in-person interview or a video-chat interview. Disney has the pick of the litter, so they can afford to make you wait and be selective.
