I applied in October for the same job I was doing at my current company. I didn't hear anything back for a month. After a month, I had my first call with the HR Recruiter. 2 weeks later, I had an interview with the hiring manager and two of his people. They asked me a series of questions and the hiring manager seems more interested in his phone than my responses. I felt like they were publicly interviewing just to say they did. End of December, they updated their website saying I was no longer in consideration.
