As soon as I got there I was told to go to the side so I don’t bump into anyone (social distance basically). I had no problem waiting outside, I also didn’t want to be in the way. As soon as I go inside the guy tells me I “looked quiet”. First of all I understand this job requires communication but when I’m told to wait and keep my distance with no one around, who was I supposed to talk to, the window? I really didn’t like that and I had to explain that yes I was quiet but because there’s no one to talk to. Then the guy first asks about my availability and I had full availability, but he refused and said my availability wasn’t ideal for the position. Then he asked about my previous job and cut me off. That’s it. I went online a day before to see what type of questions they ask and prepared my answers for the common ones, but all he asked was my availability. A waste of time. I highly disliked that he didn’t proceed to ask questions about me and also jumped to assumptions based on my behavior. Don’t think of ever going there again, I used to be a regular customer. I got hired at another place for the same type of position, which asked for about the same qualities.
