Interview
Initial interview was over the phone as opposed to an online video one. Was a relaxed chat with some skills based questions. The call included myself, one of the potential managers and the current university student that was doing their placement in the role.
Assessment Day: One on one interview with 2 managers that lasted 30-45 minutes. Included skills based questions as well as a general chat about myself. Also included a group presentation which we had to prepare using materials on the day. Finally had to present to my potential managers and offer my views on a dataset which we had been allowed to prepare for prior to the assessment day.

delayed communication and very slow process - never got a rejection letter or any emails regarding the feedback or interview of the online assessment. They should be more transparent with the process

Assessment centre involves a number of group activities, an individual presentation and interview with the manager and current placement student.
Very relaxed and was beneficial to talk to the previous placement students about their job roles.
