Discussion at a career fair that led to a phone interview with HR. After the phone interview, was brought in for an in-person interview. Most of the in-person interview was non-technical and focused more on my resume and previous projects. They also provided a tour of the facilities and discussed the projects that were being worked at Disney.

Interview
Few technical questions, a lot of behavioral questions. Primarily the questions would revolve around your decision making while being out on the field. For example, they would ask if you saw something that clearly was wrong, how would you act and why?
