I applied online. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company (Orlando, FL) in Mar 2020
Interview
3 stage program
1) online screening quiz
- this quiz can get you automatically rejected so be careful. It is not reviewed by a human and is entirely automated.
2) screening interview with and HR team member
- this person is not affiliated with your specific role and will not know the day to day things. They are just looking if you are "disney" material over the phone. General questions of like "what does making magic mean to you?"
3) direct video interview with the team you would be working with
- This is the win or lose point because these are the people who you will be with. Ask good questions about the role specifically and have done some reading up on it before hand. They asked me incredibly specific things based on my experiences and those were "weed out" questions so you need to know your stuff.
