Initially submitting a CV and Covering Letter. This is then followed by out if you are selected to take part in the next step which is a Zoom Interview, if you are succesful in the first Zoom interview you are then invited to take part in a the Online Assessment centre.

Interview went through multiple processes, over zoom with one of their HR directors. The interviewee in question was kind, but did not seem interested much in the actual person they were interviewing. Felt quite generic in the questions, and not personable.
