Applied with an internal referral, heard back almost immediately from a recruiter to schedule a 30 minute phone interview. Overall, very non-intimidating. Talked primarily about my "life story" and background to gauge if I was a cultural fit, followed by 2 job specific questions. Got a first-round interview a few weeks later (which was comparatively fast compared to most people), and this one was a longer Zoom interview. Again, mostly walked through my resume and perhaps it was a little more focused on some technical aspects of the job by the end, but did not proceed to another round.
