First the recruiter contacted me with some screening question and then I received the interview invitation for online interview. There was a panel of three people, questions were petty straight forward based and based on the JD.

-Applied through LinkedIn -Received an email from HR 2-3 weeks later asking for my availability for an interview the same week -On scheduled date, 60-minute virtual interview with hiring managers -Had to follow up two weeks later to hear that my application was not moving forward

Professional and interested people. 2 rounds where I met all relevant people of the organisation. And got a good impression of the company. A lot of room for questions and smart questions were asked.
