very short and to the point. seems that is a bad thing to mention how much you get paid in your current job because if it doesn't match their paying average they dont call back... this is understandable.
First you talk to the regional hiring manager over the phone - that interview lasts about 15-20 minutes then the manager at the specific location you're looking to work at over zoom - that interview lasts about 15-20 minutes as well

I felt like I didn’t meet their demographics. I felt I had a strong and engaging interview. I was very energetic and very qualified. I felt discarded due to my age.
When I followed up with a email to HR, I was ghosted. Not professional and not cool WP.
