Ward Hadaway interview questions

The legal side of the interview was unstructured and more of a conversation. Whilst I don’t mind this in theory, I felt the interviewers did not understand my specialism or want to listen to the skills and offering I could bring to the role. The people Advisor who was on the call came across as rather rude.

Interview process was very thorough and informative. It comprised of 3 staged where different skills were tested. I worked with an outside recruiter who recommended the firm. The process itself was very clear.
