I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Warehouse
Interview
Initial phone call asking me to come in for an interview after applying online. Went to the store for interview with the assistant manager (there was no store manager in this store). The room was incredibly hot so much that is was distracting. Very informal interview process, more like a chatty discussion. No real questions related to past experience or skills which was a shame. Didn’t seem clear what kind of candidate they were seeking. No questions relating to business module, KPI’s or forecasting for the store. Mainly questioned about the type of clothes the store sells and their ideal customer. Seemed a very informal interview for the role of Supervisor.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Warehouse (London, England) in Aug 2017
Interview
It was really simple the normal questions, just be very chilled. Wear something that stands out and a bit fashionable. Talk about the brand don't go into crazy history about the brand. Just talk about if their have any upcoming campaigns or current ones. The collection, the seasons.
