Quick and easy. Mostly talked about interests and what the role looks like. Relatively simple. Looking for an interest in the field and normal competence. If you are able to hold a conversation and be presentable you will likely do fine as with most places.

The IT manager was ok to interview for, as fake as all heck. he had this guy with no experience talk with me, he did nothing in the IT area, did not seem to know anything and was very rude about the other workers and he did not seem to like it there

he did not ask much, wanted to know if I put gel in my hair, and drank coffee...kind of weird.
also cared more about wearing a tie then doing Tech work, his helper said he will micro manage the heck out of stuff.
