I applied online. I interviewed at Warmup (London, England) in Jan 2019
Interview
First one was online
I had a second to test my "other language" level by phone
and the third one in the office with the director
all went well, still working after +2 years
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Warmup (Lockerbie, Scotland)
Interview
Was quite a long process but that was mainly due to the recruitment company who put me through loads of phone calls before a Skype session that replaced their recruitment day - wasn’t worth my travel due to location. Then pre interviews with them before a phone interview with Warmup itself. Lasted over an hour discussing the role, the product and some non work related stuff. Had to do personality test and a general iq style test. Then another pre interview with the recruitment company before face to face with warmup. They kindly agreed to come up to Scotland and met me half way so drive wasn’t too far. Job was already indicated to me it was mine and was offered after the face to face over lunch. Contract arrived next day or so. Felt long at the time and on review now, it did take too long for me

Question 1
How much do you think your area turns over a year?
I applied online. I interviewed at Warmup (Wembley, England)
Interview
Drawn out, laborious - three tests including two psychological tests that I had to do prior to the interview, a telephone interview then a face-to-face that seemed to go on and on with other employees being brought in last minute without warning. The part-time job or company was not that interesting or important enough to warrant this level of screening in my opinion. The office is in the middle of nowhere next to the A406 motorway so was not the easiest to get to. Despite this and making me jump through all these hoops they were not courteous enough to inform me of an outcome or to say 'thanks for taking the time to come to the interview' which is unprofessional and reflects badly on the organisation. The whole process had put me off the job by the end anyway.
