I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Warner Bros. Discovery in Nov 2012
Interview
Was called by company HR and There were 5 rounds namely:
1. Aptitude Test
2. Technical Written Test
3. Technical Interview
4. HR Interview
5. Stakeholders Interview
It was a simple procedure. Mostly all the rounds were conducted on first day except the stakeholders interview. It took about 10 days to get some time off their calendar.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Warner Bros. Discovery (Bengaluru)
Interview
I voluntarily withdrew my candidacy in the middle of the interview process. During my rounds, the interviewer was openly dismissive and rude. I expected a higher standard from leadership, but the hiring manager unfortunately exhibited the same condescending behavior.
An interview is a two-way street; while a company evaluates a candidate's skills, candidates are also evaluating the company's culture. The lack of respect I experienced gave me a very clear glimpse into what the day-to-day working environment would be like. I simply could not see myself working alongside people who treat prospective team members this way, so I chose to walk away.
I applied online. I interviewed at Warner Bros. Discovery in Feb 2026
Interview
Warner Bros. Discovery interviews — especially for software/dev co-ops and early career roles — tend to feel more structured and professional than “big tech grind” interviews, but still technical. Overall average experience
I applied online. I interviewed at Warner Bros. Discovery (Burbank, CA)
Interview
Fair enough, it met my expectations. I interviewed for a Software Engineer role. The process included a coding test, data structures and algorithms questions, system design, and a behavioral interview.
