I applied late summer/September and I didn't receive any notification or good news until around November. I first performed an over-the-phone interview where they basically just had me reiterate my resume and highlight some key points on the positions I've held before, plus some of my school activities. The wait took FOREVER but I was finally contacted early July (over the phone interview was around Thanksgiving). I was asked to come in and interview at the offices for the department I was going to be working at. This was a little more personal, I went a little more in-depth with my skills and experiance and shared some of my knowledge of the company as well. This was about 2 years ago and I've had a few friends apply since, I believe they've replaced the over the phone interview with a webcam interview but from what I've heard the questioning wasn't much different.
