Overall, the interview process was fairly smooth with no major issues to raise. The HR representative was generally responsible and helpful, but communication was sometimes inconsistent, with occasional unclear guidance and periods of delayed or absent follow-ups, which made the process slightly confusing at times.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Warner Bros.
Interview
2 step process. First round is with hiring manager to discuss role and some fundamentals. Second round is them asking for free consulting by giving you a 2 week long take home assignment asking for code and presentation, very bad hiring practice, considering the role was for HR too.
