Just about an average interview process with mundane questions that everyone asks everywhere. Overall interview was about mediocre until I met the last person, the infosec operations director.
He shows up without even having an understanding of the job duties that I applied for. I had to explain to him of the role before he could even start. Didn't even had a glance of my resume prior to the interview so he spent a bit of time trying to look through and understand my past experiences. Then, he fumbled through coming up with interview questions, the result of not being prepared and not reading the job description & my resume. Asked me some questions about my past experiences, and as I was explaining my narrative, cut me off and asked about the results. All three times. I didn't really understand why he would cut me off mid-sentence when he was the one who asked about the details of my experience. He would also keep asking, "what else, what else", and it just seemed he was looking for quantity not quality. He immediately made me feel like I was unworthy and absolutely unwelcome in his kingdom. Totally unprofessional to say "I don't know why you think you deserve this job" to my face.
I had the good fortune of not meeting such a brutally disrespectful interviewer in the past, but this marks as a first.
