Warren Transport interview questions

Sam Strange gave me one of the most unprofessional hiring experiences I’ve had. I left work early and lost money to be available for a scheduled interview with Warren Logistics. I waited by my phone before the interview time and well after it started, but never received a call or voicemail. When I reached out, I was told they “called and left a voicemail,” which simply did not happen. I even confirmed my phone number with them. I explained that I had taken time off work specifically for this interview and was still available the rest of the day, but was told they could only do the next morning. I offered to interview during my lunch break because I was genuinely interested in the position. Instead of working with me, they stopped responding and then marked me as “not selected by employer.” Things happen, but communication and respect for applicants’ time matter. Job seekers are real people making sacrifices and rearranging their schedules for these opportunities. This experience felt dismissive, misleading, and extremely discouraging.
