Online application form describing past experience and how it meets the criteria for the new role. This was followed by competency based teams interview with 3 interviewers. The interview process was smooth with good communication.

Applied online, 2 weeks later was invited for an interview for 3 days time, at the interview was told I’d hear back by the end of the week. They sent a rejection email the following day saying they’d scored enough candidates.
