Cold not very friendly. The panelist sat in a row and read questions which I was very familiar with; fourth time interviewing for different positions within this organization, which they always seem to hire from within. This is a small town; I'm not originally from here and lots of times they also hire friends and relatives for positions whether they are qualified or not.
