I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Washington National (Carmel, IN) in Feb 2012
Interview
It was a high pressure recruitment process which sounded too good to be true. The representative had sent an e-mail asking for my information. Unaware of the type of position, I sent it. Next was a phone call which led me to believe it was an established office position. In the personal interview, I continued to get the feeling that the company was not right for me.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Washington National (Cleveland, OH) in Dec 2020
Interview
the 30 minute initial phone interview was informative, with the interviewer attempting to sell me on why I should work there. This is an individual producer 1099 position with the option of building a team later if you can sell their product b2b. Supplemental insurance is their focus.

Question 1
Would this be something you would be interested in?
Phone interview, the interviewer was kind, but I felt like she was just reading a script at me. It seemed very informational, and I could tell she was trying to sell me the company.
