I had one panel interview with the hiring committee. The questions were basic interview questions. There was no assessment or use-case-specific questions. The process was fairly quick and an offer came within a week.

They are very slow to respond to job applicants. They will post a position and it could take up to three months before you back from them to have an interview. Once you have interview it could take up to another month for a decision to be made. If you aren't selected you won't be told.
