I interviewed at Washtenaw Community College (Ypsilanti, MI)
Interview
I was interviewed by a panel consisting of people across departments that I'd be collaborating with and with my future direct supervisor. Afterwards, a three staged skills assessment took place where I had to grammar check a letter, perform some spreadsheet formatting in Excel, and write an email based on information from a case (basically, I had to show that I knew how to write a direct yet polite email). Overall this process took about an hour and a half.

What would you do if you heard coworkers gossiping about sensitive information
I interviewed at Washtenaw Community College (Ypsilanti, MI)
Interview
The interview itself began a little late and not many introductions were made in the the separate main office (that the interview was not conducted in) as other events were occurring. The interview itself felt stagnant and tense throughout. The toughest social interview I have had thus far in navigating many interviewing processes and most tense/ socially non-responsive. The energy felt off the entire time.
