The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at WaterStone Bank
Interview
I was reached out to on LinkedIn and we had an initial phone call to discuss the details of the job. Another more formal phone interview followed a few days later. A few more days after that I was invited in for an in-person interview. During this whole process, HR and everyone at my in-person interview were very nice and just made me feel at home. The questions were very straightforward but substantive, and they didn't give me any of those trick questions you roll your eyes over. I felt respected and like they weren't trying to waste my time or their own time.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at WaterStone Bank (Wauwatosa, WI) in Jan 2019
Interview
First the application of course. Application is very short and simple. Short phone call from HR. Then interview with Area Manager. If all goes well there’s another interview with higher ups.

Interview
One phone interview, two panel interviews. At the end of the panel interview I was told that there would be some reponse by the end of the following week. No response was heard even after I followed up with them 3 weeks later. Disappointed with the lack of follow up.
