I interviewed at Waterford.org (Ellicott City, MD)
Interview
The first interview was a breeze. The second interview consisted of a lot of technical questions. I had to take two tests. The tests were long and laborious. You only have 24 hours to complete each exam. I felt that the exams were too intensive for the level of the job.

Question 1
How would you design a study on a reading intervention?
HR screening with a few simple background questions. Then asked for best time to interview then interview with manager. Took a few weeks from beginning to end. Overall good process.

Interview
I will be joining the Waterford team later this month and wanted to take a moment to compliment, specifically, the Director of Talent Acquistion & Development. From start to finish, she was a consummate professional. She consistently ensured that all my questions were answered regarding next steps, along with any other questions that I had. It is obvious that she cares about the 'applicant experience' and engages accordingly. Whether I received a job offer or not, I can say with confidence that I had a great UX!
