I met in the coffee shop area with the Director of Operations for the division and another guy already on the team whose future role would be defined by the hires they were in the process of making. Super nice guys, insightful questions, cared about hearing my perspective on things, answered questions thoughtfully. Last about an hour. Basically they were hiring about 4 positions to grow the team and were trying to decide who fit where.
