Worst and most unorganized interview of my life. Not sure why the application ask for the desire pay if they don't take it in consideration. I got a call a week after I applied and so far it was good and the HR recruiter communicated properly. I tried to let her know if I could come early for the in person interview and she let me know she will try. The day of the in person interview she did not come early at all, she came 20 minutes late and the manager and other employees had to start my interview. I push that to the side since everyone was so nice, however, since the HR recruiter arrived late the other staff had no clue who they were interviewing or even had a copy of my resume on hand. They just asked me the typical interview questions and made me fill out a background check. Everything was fine and I got an email that they wanted to move forward with me and that the background check was going to take 5-7 business days. I even send back a thank you email and no one replied. Over a week passed and my background check came clear, but still no answer from anyone at HR. I send an email regarding any updates and nothing. Two days later I get a call from the same HR recruiter asking if I was still interested which I replied yes. She ask me a couple questions and then let me know the hourly pay which is almost $10 less of what I asked. Basically minimum wage, which I have at least 2 years of experience and a related medical Bachelor's degree. I honestly wasted my whole time and fell like they were just playing me around. Can't believe how unprofessional and unorganized they are.
