The interview process was lowkey and the interviewer was patient and kind and respectful. There were a lot of questions about my professionalism and how I interact with other staff and my experience working with students with special needs.

The Team Coordinator was very open to questions and very straightforward when it came to what I would encounter on the job. I got to see the aides and teachers in action
