I applied through university. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Wattmaster Controls (Kansas City, MO)
Interview
Normal two part interview. First with HR then the department head. Literally ran into the President on the way out the door off a school job fair. I took his card and he liked my background once I learned more about the company and found the positions they had open suitable it probably took about two months before they called me back for an interview.
