It was a quick 10-15 minute conversation. After this I was offered the job, and then I received paperwork to fill out. I believe I started the next day. This was a summer job while I was in high school and I enjoyed my time there.

Question 1
If you have any experience. I didn’t and it was fine
I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Waves Audio
Interview
Lengthy process that included a phone interview, an interview in person and a take home test. It was quite standard but felt like a focus was missing, with little background of field and no clear perspective on what they're looking for in this position.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Describe your past projects
What management style do you relate to as an employee
What are your pros and cons
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Waves Audio in Jul 2016
Interview
I had two interviews:
In the first one I was asked general questions to check my
general match level to the company and was explained what
the company does (and passed it).
In the second interview I was asked to describe my past technical
experience to see my technical level (didn't passed it),
I should note that I was told a couple of peculiar things such as:
* I don't have enough experience with jQuery because I develop with Angular
(using jQLite) but the interviewer said (I'm quoting)
"I find that people who code with Angular have difficulties in going back to jQuery".
* When I asked why did they chose the client-side MVC framework they did,
the interviewer (CTO if I recall correctly) couldn't tell me because he forgot.
