Applied online and went through a phone screening, which was more difficult than the in-person. After passing phone screening, I was invited to the Wawa HQ. Everyone there was very friendly and gave me a positive feeling, but ultimately they must have gone with a candidate with more professional experience. Only thing that bothered me was they never officially told me I was not chosen, but rather had me wait and ended up choosing a different offer.
