Interview
3 separate interviews and a short policy task test over the course of three months. First interview was a phone screen with an external consultant, second was a video interview with a human resources and younger staff, third was with the managing director and other senior leadership team member
The interview was collegial. Two people from their team interviewed me. It was conversational and low pressure, which is nice. Seemed like a positive work environment. Overall, a good experience.

very professional process, all staff were kind and knowledgeable about what the organization needs. Company culture seems healthy, very progressive. Company offers great benefits, work environment (new office). CEO very engaging and has a strong vision for the future of the organization.
