Interview
Initial communications with organization were strong, but the interview process fell apart when the company questioned my ability to relocate if hired because of owning a property and being in a serious relationship (which I was asked out about by the head of the company). I was disappointed in the interview process because of the focus on my personal life, and at the end of the meeting the head of the company said he felt I was overqualified for the position with my MBA. I was walked out to the door by the HR Manager and she apologized to me for the harassment. I laughed it off but was left with a negative experience about the organization. A week after the interview I was contacted by the HR Manager by email to say they selected an internal candidate, but were impressed with my interview and wanted to include me in their consideration for another position closer to home. I figured why not, and responded that I would be interested in being considered since overall the other staff present at the interview were nice. However I never heard back from the HR Manager after that.
