Wayne-Sanderson Farms interview questions

Their interview process is crazy to me. You spend hours upon hours of your day (UNPAID time) getting walked around the plant, then you finally get your interview with a supervisor. The male supervisor that I interviewed with was very rude, cocky, and acted as if my excellent experience was a negative thing. I have experience in the chicken plant industry as well as supervisor/managerial experience . When ai told him that, he was rude and acted as if that was a bad thing? It was the strangest interview I’ve ever had. I felt as if they were looking for people who had zero experience and who were not confident in their abilities.

Troubleshoot different machinery, sharpen blades, rebuilt conveyors. Electrical troubleshooting..precision maintenance , alignment of machinery, installation of equipment. Changed motors and bearings, reported work in cmms systems, production support to production lones
