I met with the SVP who was extremely nice and complimentary of by background and experience. We spent a lot of time talking about my background and experience and where I would like to be in 5 years. I was hired at the interview. He was very nice to me. I shared a lot of my work ideas with him and he was open to listening to my ideas. We had business luncheons and dinners and talked about my future with the company. Very nice man
