Introductory call from HR. Email with interview invite. If pass first interview another interview will take place. And usually takes one to two weeks to get an answer. Two people on the interview panel each time. Recruiting manager and someonelse
Polite interviewers & they don't intimidate you but rather make you feel comfortable!! I never experienced this kind of calm in both levels of interviews in any other company. It's just the related Questions, few scenario based question, and your attitude that matters.
Organized interview and never attended nor responded after, the whole thing was thoroughly disappointing and left a bad taste on the company.
I would recommend the HR team revaulate priorities
