Finding the building was difficult: I was told to enter through the back, when the front door was much easier access to the interview area. I was greeted pleasantly by the receptionist, then taken back for my "interview." The interviewer was very scatterbrained and looked at/checked her phone numerous times during the short interview. She asked me to tell her about myself, which I did, then she proceeded to tell me about the open position, what the duties were, how the office functions, etc. The only question I was asked was about the current position and what I did there. That was all- no strengths, weaknesses, how I saw myself fitting into the role, etc. By the time she was finished speaking and asked if I had any questions for her, I knew this would not be the right fit for me (from what I could tell), politely said I had no questions, said our goodbyes, and left. It was all very unprofessional and could hardly be a called an interview at all.
