Once again recruiters gets to spoil the company's reputation. First, recruiter forgets about the meeting and decides to call after 10 minutes. That's ok it happens to the best of us and working from isn't as easy as everything thinks it is. Second, after asking for availability, the recruiter decides to ghost for a month and then apologize about forgetting to set up the interview. At this point, I got an impression that company doesn't really need to hire anybody but just completing the *formal procedure to interview*(Yes, it happens in many companies).
Alright, after about a month he got back to me and set up the interview. I interviewed with the Team Lead and it went great but not perfect.
I emailed the recruiter 4 times after to get an update but no response. I get that you're too busy but even if it was a rejection I'd still want it. Rejection is what makes us prepare better in my opinion.
Fast-forward 2.5 months, there's still no response and I really want to thank him for ghosting me. It really shows the culture that is being promoted from within.
