WeSchool interview questions

After a first interview with HR, I had to prepare the next one by creating a GTM strategy for the company to penetrate other markets outside Italy. The interview should have been with the C level marketing and I found the owner of the company in the call. I felt like he was just looking for how to say that I was not a great fit even before joining the conversation.

il primo step è stato un colloquio conoscitivo con un recruiter, il secondo è stato un colloquio tecnico con la responsabile d'area e un ulteriore hr manager, con una prova tecnica da svolgere a casa. Ultimo step è stato il colloquio con il CEO, seguito da una proposta d'assunzione. La proposta economica era ridicola, in confronto alle responsabilità proposte per la mansione. Inoltre l'HR che ha fatto la proposta non aveva le competenze per rispondere rispetto alle norme italiane sul CCNL poichè inglese e non preparato sul tema.
