Several online interviews - asking for experience and examples (START format) on how my experience relates to this job and my skills and weaknesses. Overall it was a good process and they were very communicative about next steps and timelines. I had a good experience and everyone was very nice. There was also a group call with other applicants which I found a bit strange.
For an initial interview, a video call with the potential employer is expected if your application to the specific assignment is accepted. An on site interview is optional and may be requested. The interview length is generally less than an hour.

Question 1
Are you comfortable with managing expected patient panel?
I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Weatherby Healthcare (Durham, NC) in Oct 2024
Interview
They bring you in for 4 hours plus and you have several rounds of interview with leaders. It was a waste of time because of the day I went they had a lot going on in the office. I think that they just throw things on the wall to see if it will stick with bringing in talent. Talent and experience isn't want they want and diverse is definitely not what they are even though they claim that.
